We understand how important it is to keep your field operations running smoothly. That’s why Micro-Trak products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty, but our service department will repair any Micro-Trak product regardless of its age.

For service and repairs, complete the Micro-Trak Repair Order form and ship it along with your component. The information on the form helps us process and repair your item as quickly as possible.

No Defects Checkout Charges

Micro-Trak will return any item that is found to have no defects. A standard minimum charge will be assessed. Any item under warranty with proper warranty documents will be checked and returned at no-charge.

Check your item before you ship it. Any item sent to Micro-Trak must be free of chemical or chemical residue, oil, dirt and any other toxic material. Also remove all hoses, valves, manifolds, etc. that are not a part of the original. 

Merchandise received that fails to meet these requirements may be returned at your expense without notice.

Requirements for Returning Products for Repair

Include the following before shipping a repair item:
  1. A completed Micro-Trak Repair Order.
  2. Return address. PO Box numbers or Rural Route addresses are not accepted.
  3. Daytime phone number.

We accept VISA, M/C and Discover Card. The cardholder’s name and the expiration date are required. All other returns will be sent UPS C.O.D.

Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.

We DO NOT return repairs via United States Postal Service (USPS)
