I love the Spraymate Plus. One of my favorite controllers because it's easy to use and accurate. I've got 3 sprayers that I run with the Spraymate Plus, if you want simple, easy, and cost efficient, these are the way to go.

Saturday morning I was having fits with my SprayMate II and NH3. Could not figure it out. No dealers were open that I tried so as a last ditch effort I emailed MT support and basically asked if anyone read this to please give me a call. I realized it was not during business hours but I was at a wall. Within 20 minutes I had a call from a great gentleman who told me it was raining up there and he was inside. He spent an incredible amount of time assisting and throwing out different ideas and testing. Anyway a big thanks to these folks. Yes, I did get it running and it was complete operator error.

I called Micro-Trak twice this spring and talked to Ryan Thielges and he graciously helped me with good information both times. Once he provided me with a corrected wiring diagram for the harness I was using. The one that I had was incorrect. Haven't figured out how that happened. The other time he confirmed that the 5 Volt supply to the flow meter sensor was insufficient and it actually needed 12 volts. He earned his 'gold star', or whatever they award, for a satisfied and happy customer.

Issue: My Spraymate II would not register any "Speed". I called Micro-Trak customer service and described my issue with my console. They walked me through the set-up and I found that I had one of my settings set up wrong. I was taken care of in about 5 minutes!

Have had safe guards for a few years. Constantly working on them, 4 new sensors this spring, 1 died in 3 days. Have 2 more out within 3 weeks. Service is good, fast and timely repairing, but the product is poor. No reimursement for diagnosing and shipping of defective products.Read reviews, most praise the service and repairs, but very few say its a good product. Will be looking for something else to replace, and will not be recommending to anyone
