Here’s a Micro-Trak exclusive. It’s free and it’s simple! If any Micro-Trak component fails to perform, for any reason, we will send you a loaner component to use, while yours is being checked out. We never make you pay or wait to receive a loaner part. The loaner is yours to use, free of charge, until the original part is repaired or replaced. With items under warranty, we never charge for loaner delivery.
This program is available to ALL of our customers whether or not the product is under warranty.
Toll-Free Sales and Service Support
Every Micro-Trak customer in the U.S. and Canada has access to toll-free sales and service support. Customers can talk directly to our sales and/or technical staff to place orders, get questions answered regarding purchasing a product and receive technical assistance during installation, calibration or operation of our products.
Same-Day Shipping of Orders
It’s really a simple concept. Keep items in-stock at all times, process the order when it is received and ship it the same day. On in-stock items, if the order is received before 2:00 p.m., central time zone, it will be processed and shipped that same day.
