Randy is a Genius

Randy did an amazing job diagnosing a unit for our customer. He went above and beyond to make the repair. He showed great concern for getting the job done, diagnosing the issue and correcting it as needed. He is also always a joy to speak to and work with. Thank you so much for cracking the case!!!
