Randy was awesome in solving my Spray Head Control issues

Sent in a Spray Head Control after talking to Randy. Once it arrived at their facility Randy called me right away with the solution, repair, and shipping back requests. Unit works like new, and was all cleaned up on its return. 5 Stars to Randy and the Technical Support team.
